CELLBLOCK TANGO: REIMAGINED | EveryBody Onstage | Fall 2021

Hailey was over the moon to have worked on her first ACTRA project with EveryBody Onstage in October this past year. Under the brilliant direction and vision of Saccha Dennis and Greg Carruthers this group of artists used their platform to give voices to people who’s stories have been greatly underrepresented in the theatre industry. It was a true gift to work alongside these incredible story tellers and Hailey is honoured that this project reached such a widespread audience and helped people to feel seen in an industry that had forgotten about them. The full film can be views on her Demo page.

Hailey had the opportunity to join a group of Norwegian dancers for the Canadian premier of the touring dance show Diorama. Originally choreographed by acclaimed Norwegian choreographer Ingri Fiksdal, Diorama is a 200 minute dance piece performed straight through. The goal is for the audience to be unable to differentiate between inanimate objects affected by nature where the movements of the dancers present in a non human form.
